    Purpose & Scope

    • To provide support to the Sourcing & Implementation Managers with any ad hoc and strategic activities
    • To manage procurement projects with support from the Sourcing Managers
    • Support Sourcing Manager with cross-functional project teams in the planning and implementation of procurement initiatives
    • Maintain records of documentation concerning contractual agreements and supplier communications with web based sourcing tool Ivalua (training will be provided)
    • Ability to manipulate and analyse data using appropriate tools
    • Develop close co-operative relationships with internal stakeholders in order to: leverage their expertise, understand local market requirements,

    support their specific aims and objectives, and deliver value adding services and agreements.

    • E-sourcing supporting activity, including preparing pre SSR and SSR documents
    • Price list management & approvals
    • Follow up on briefs and communicate these clearly to the relevant suppliers
    • Organise samples and critical paths to meet the requirements of internal customer, under the direction of the Sourcing Manager.
    • Undertake specific projects as required by the Sourcing Managers

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Good general education to Degree level standard/equivalent
    • Strong Microsoft excel, Outlook and Power Point working skills
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • A good eye for detail and drive to see things through to timely and effective completion
    • Previous experience of stakeholder management
    • Exposure to managing supplier relationships 
    • Enthusiastic, with a ‘Can do’ attitude.
