Under direct supervision, provides support of the Source and Spend Management product, which includes supporting customer change requests, bug reports, product enhancements, and overseeing daily operational tasks.

  • Executes daily operational tasks which include; managing the data audit process, monitoring data quality and delivery and escalating issues with distribution centers, suppliers and customers as appropriate.
  • Manages overall system health including automated jobs and system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Investigates and resolves reported bugs.
  • Creates and enhances complex end user reports and audits.
  • Supports product enhancements, collects customer requirements, creates requirement and functional design documents, and supports software development lifecycle.
  • Manages trading partner relationships with distribution centers and suppliers.

Desired Skills & Experience


  • SQL server knowledge is a must.
  • General supply chain knowledge.
  • University Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
