The Senior Technology Product Implementation Manager in this role will provide technology account management in an area of the worlds, pre-sales technology leadership, and technology product Implementation leadership for supply chain management application. Additional responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consultation and support and solutions to sales team and customers prior to the sale
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of complex (all) aspects of products and systems and may present/demonstrate virtually and/or at client site
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements and illustrate how company solutions can provide value and support their organization
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams in developing high-level implementation/solution architecture. Answer client questions on product functionality, integration, and usage and solve pre-sales support problems
  • Assist in technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and provide technology leadership in developing business case
  • Provide feedback to development and other groups as needed
  • Manage post-sale technical implementation support on technology products
  • Oversee implementation projects including installation, upgrades, testing, and maintenance
  • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and develop ongoing operating model and establish Service level objectives/agreements
  • Possess and maintain a high level of Supply Chain specific business and related technology knowledge by remaining current with emerging products and technical updates
  • Partner with project management teams and sales to build efficient processes and procedures

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Technology implementation, Solution architecture, development and program management; of which 5+ years of management / supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated broad and comprehensive leadership experience in Technology Product Implementation
  • Good knowledge in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics domain
  • Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of value driven financial planning and management (financial acumen/commercial edge)
  • Demonstrated experience in conceptual solution design and architecture and ability to collaborate and facilitate in developing and implementation architecture and solution
  • Experience working with executives and ability to influence senior leadership members within a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated experience in developing multi-year roadmap and effectively communicating the same
