The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day leadership of the infrastructure services partnership with HCL, aimed at delivering a set of transformed Logistics infrastructure and related technical services to an agreed level of quality and cost.
Over time, the responsibility will also include service delivery responsibility for other service domains / providers, including some legacy application support services .
The role will work with IT Product Delivery, Market IT, Global IT Services and Global IT Architecture to deliver user services, network services, server and storage management services within Logistics within an agreed cost framework.
You will lead the operation of all day to day service management processes across internal service groups within IT Product Delivery, Market IT and IT Services, together with externally provided services (including Global Service Desk and infrastructure teams).
These include but are not limited to the following:
Establish and manage a global “follow the sun” process to support Critical Incident Management with HAVI Regional Heads of IT Services.
You will play a critical role in driving the future decision about how to globalize HAVI IT Infrastructure and IT Service Delivery, bringing a clear and objective set of data about how the HCL partnership is performing.
You will also deputize for VP of IT Services in HCL partnership discussions as required.
You will “own” all global Infrastructure service providers and associated contracts/budgets/costs, driving the right cost/service balance as agreed locally. This will require driving the right cost/service balance as agreed globally and will manage the invoicing and reconciliation processes.
Manage the final forecasting, counting and reconciliation of RUs globally and the associated payments variable based on RU counts.
You will “own” all global infrastructure project delivery where these projects are not part of the “Transformation” teams remit.
