This position is responsible for operational execution and customer service HAVI’s Source and Spend Management product. This includes managing customer change requests, bug reports, product enhancements, overseeing daily operational tasks, meeting with the customer on a regular basis to provide status updates, managing customer expectations, and act as the main customer contact.
