    The Analyst role within the Marketing Analytics team focuses on the execution and delivery of analytics initiatives for both internal and external clients.  Initiatives span multiple disciplines including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Agency.  Specific projects can include reporting and analysis of sales trends, utilizing in-house reporting tools, understanding outputs from statistical models, supporting analytics services for new or existing customers, generating data visuals for presentations, and presenting analytics results in a clear and concise manner to the client and internal partners.


    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Support a team responsible for the planning and execution of successful marketing analytics reporting, statistical analyses, data visualizations, and insights presentations
    • Support the continuous improvement of existing methodologies and analytics processes
    • Be adept at switching quickly between multiple projects and responsibilities
    • Communicate effectively around analytics insights, methodologies, and processes
    • Develop and strengthen business relationships with other HAVI departments as well as external clients as needed
    • Performs other related duties as assigned


    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Analytics, Statistics, or another relevant field
    • 1 to 3 years of professional data analysis experience in marketing analytics, statistics, or consulting is preferred
    • Experience using various analytics software such as (Python, R, SAS, Tableau) and large datasets is required for this role
    • Demonstrated strategic problem solving skills with the ability to organize, analyze and draw conclusions from data
    • Strong attention to detail, focus on efficiency, and delivers work with accuracy
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
    • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word, expert knowledge of Excel required
