    Responsibilities

    Under general supervision, the strategy manager administers strategy & innovation processes and projects for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) service line. This includes supporting SCM service line strategy development – both for the annual planning process and ensuring executing throughout the year; executing and / or supporting strategic or innovation projects that enable SCM service line to achieve its strategic goals.

     

    • Supports the strategic planning process, including project managing development process, conducting workshops and leaderships sessions, documenting strategies, tactics and measure and developing leadership/ and presentations.
    • Leads / supports strategy projects (such as market research, competitive threat assessments, new business opportunities, partnership or M&A opportunities, and others). Responsibilities vary by project but include: scoping project objectives and success criteria, conducting external research, conducting financial and analytical modelling, facilitating workshops and working sessions, documenting findings / results and developing presentations.
    • Provides project management for strategy, transformation and innovation initiatives, responsibilities including: managing project timelines and key activities, tracking and communicating status, identifying and escalating issues, conducting executive review meetings.
    • Support continued evolution of go-to-market / commercialization capabilities within the SCM service line.
    • Supports executive leadership meetings and presentation development for SCM strategy and key initiatives.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Experience independently driving complex projects addressing open ended business challenges
    • Functional experience includes business case development, market sizing, scenario analyses, prioritization and selection activities, market research, business analysis, process development, documenting findings and insights into client deliverables
    • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and working sessions, conducting leadership report outs and steering committee meetings
    • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
    • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and able to apply critical and strategic thinking
    • Competence in Microsoft Office and Office 365 products and similar software tools
    • Ability to manage diverse needs of multiple stakeholders and balance demands of simultaneous projects and commitments
    • Ability to function at a high-level when working both independently and in teams
    • Able to learn new skills and tools and adapt to a changing environment
    • At least three to five years of experience in strategy, business development, business analytics or related function
    • University Degree (or equivalent) in Analytics, Business, or related discipline
