    Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for operational execution and customer service of the Source and Spend Management product. This includes managing customer change requests, bug reports, product enhancements, overseeing daily operational tasks, meeting with the customer on a regular basis to provide status updates, managing customer expectations, and act as the main customer contact for at least one account.Execute daily operational tasks including



    • Manage data audit process

    • Monitor data quality and delivery

    • Escalate issues with DCs, Suppliers, and the customer as appropriate

    • Manage overall system health including automated jobs and system performance monitoring and troubleshooting

    • Investigate and resolve reported bugs

    • Create and enhance complex end user reports and audits

    • Manage product enhancements

    • Collect customer requirements

    • Create requirement and functional design documents

    • Manage entire software development lifecycle

    • Manage customer relationship

    • Single point of contact for Spend Management customers

    • Execute regular operational meetings with customer

    • Manage trading partner relationships – DCs, Suppliers

    Desired Skills & Experience

    Required:



    • University Degree (or equivalent) in Business/Mathematics/Computer Science or a relevant discipline plus generally 3 or more years of experience in software or supply chain

    • SQL Server knowledge: SQL writing skills, Stored procedures, Database triggers, Backup / Restore, SQL Agent, SSIS, and SSRS

    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills

    • General supply chain knowledge

    • Proficiency with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio)

    • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable communicating with all levels in the organization

    • Experience working with customers (internal or external) to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives

    • Highly organized and detail oriented


     


    Preferred:



    • Tableau report writing skills

    • Basic IIS and Website knowledge

    • Multi-echelon supply chain knowledge

    • Contract lifecycle management knowledge

    • MBA Degree

    • Sourcing event management knowledge
