    Responsibilities

    The Account Executive in this role will provide sales support including feasibility development, implementation and execution, and analysis of projects assigned from our customer's regional marketing and field supply chain teams, local agencies, and potentially other external suppliers. The Account Executive will also follow up with clients to obtain information, coordinate program deliverables, and present packaging programs to customers. Additional responsibilities:

    • Support customer relationship and identify and fulfill customer needs and requests, along with administration of programs and help lead the execution of new programs entering the market
    • Enter, maintain and update Project Tracker through delivery of project to preassigned destination and completion of invoicing
    • Manage promotional packaging timeline (artwork due dates, routing, approvals, etc.) , establish and maintain timeline in collaboration with account manager and internal/external stakeholders
    • Act as liaison between departments and other stakeholders to ensure predetermined deliverables (budgets, proofs, print dates) 
    • Manage flow of artwork templates to and from agencies to route for internal and external approvals    
    • Work with creative services to ensure all art templates are available and up-to-date
    • Work collaboratively with the team to develop solutions
    • Collaborate with internal departments to understand and refine procedures
    • Ensure all final artwork is filed appropriately
    • Support projects and assist with preparation for meetings, sales presentations, and conventions 
    • Some Travel required; client meetings and restaurant visits

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field of study (or equivalent experience)
    • 1-3 years of prior sales/marketing support experience that includes project management and customer interaction
    • Prior agency or marketing services and/or consumer marketing experience
    • Experience with creative/graphic/print production services preferred
    • Outstanding customer service orientation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail
