    As part of the Global Marketing Analytics and Consulting team, the Senior Analyst role focuses on leading, executing, and delivering analytics initiatives for both internal and external clients. Initiatives span multiple disciplines including Marketing, Agency, and Supply Chain. Specific projects can include leading an analysis of a marketing campaign, utilizing in-house reporting tools as needed, designing new reporting visualisations, developing advanced statistical models, consulting to marketing clients with data driven insights, generating high quality data visuals for presentations, and presenting analytics results in a clear and concise manner to leadership.

    • Support a team responsible for the planning and execution of successful analytics initiatives and projects for our clients
    • Be able to work independently, own work for smaller projects, as well as work collaboratively on small teams for larger projects
    • Support the continuous improvement of existing methodologies and analytics processes
    • Be adept at switching quickly between multiple projects and responsibilities
    • Communicate insights effectively to various levels of management
    • Proficient at telling a story with data to convince a client audience
    • Develop and strengthen business relationships within HAVI as well as with external clients
    • Ability to work under pressure within an international and multicultural working environment

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Analytics, Statistics, or another relevant field
    • 3 to 6 years of professional marketing analytics experience including deriving insights from data which can be applied to improve marketing-decision making (ideally within a business insights unit for a retail brand or with a specialized consultancy firm. Marketing or media agency collaboration will also be a plus).
    • Proficient in using traditional analytics software such as (SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
    • Proficient in using open source analytics software such as Python and R
    • Experience analysing and drawing insights from large datasets is required for this role
    • Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Azure or AWS is a plus
    • Demonstrated strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, develop a work plan, analyze, and draw conclusions from data
    • Excellent project management skills  
    • Strong attention to detail, focus on efficiency, and delivers work with accuracy
