    Responsibilities

    HAVI is seeking an intern to support the HR team during summer 2018 (June 3-August 16) in our Downers Grove location.

     

    Our interns participate in exciting projects and assignments that support our fast-paced business while working on your own and with team members as you embark on your career.

     

    We offer a 3-month program (including networking events), 40-hour work weeks and a lunch subsidy to all interns!

     

    Key Assignments & Projects:

    • Data Analytics / Data Metrics
    • Total Reward Analysis
    • Performance Management Analysis

    Desired Skills & Experience

    Successful intern candidates meet the following requirements:

    • Must be available June 3-August 16
    • Minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources; Must be pursuing a Master's degree in I/O psychology or HRM with quantitative focus
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0 
    • Demonstrated time management skills through course work and extracurricular activities
    • MS Office experience (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Good written and verbal communication
    • Collaborative/teamwork oriented
