    Responsibilities

    As part of the Global Marketing Analytics and Consulting team, the Marketing Analyst role focuses on the execution and delivery of analytics initiatives for both internal and external clients. Initiatives span multiple disciplines including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Agency. 

     

    Specific projects examples are:

     

    • Utilizing and improving advanced statistical models on marketing and sales data
    • Delivering an analysis of a marketing campaign’s results
    • Presenting data driven solutions and tools to a marketing audience
    • Generating high quality and understandable data visuals for presentations

     

    The ideal candidate is able to:

    • Provide support to the Global Marketing Analytics Team in a wide variety of tasks, delivering Analytics Solutions towards a diverse group of customers
    • Deliver analyses, tools, and reports in a way which is clearly understood by a multi-tier audience and allows the customer to use in a way which is meaningful to their business
    • Support a team responsible for the planning and execution of successful analytics initiatives and projects for our clients
    • Embrace continuous improvement of existing methodologies and analytics processes
    • Work on innovative projects, applying creative skills to deliver new things that add more value
    • Take ownership for assigned projects and ensures clear internal communication on status and milestones.
    • Build reports/dashboards and develop ad-hoc analysis of sales data and consumer activity to provide further insights and recommendations for Business Insights and Marketing customers.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree with a strong statistical component (e.g. business administration, psychology, econometrics)
    • 2-4 years of experience in the field of Marketing Analytics
    • Strong statistical skills and good knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics
    • Advanced capability in using analytics software such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS or SQL
    • Advanced capability in using visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik is preferred
    • Strong proven analytical skills
    • Proven affinity with Marketing
    • Experience in analyzing and drawing insights from large datasets is an additional benefit for this role
    • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, Expert knowledge of Excel required
    • Excellent interpersonal and team skills, able to build a relationship with the customer
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience of various levels
    • Fast-learner who can work under pressure and with tight timelines
    • Be able to work independently, own work for smaller projects, as well as work collaboratively on small teams for larger projects
    • Demonstrated strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, develop a work plan, analyze, and draw conclusions from data
    • Strong attention to detail, focus on efficiency, and delivers work with accuracy
