    The Demand Planner is responsible for managing the creation, communication, and implementation of forecasts for standard items or events in alignment with customer expectations.  

    • Manages the creation, communication, and implementation of demand plans based on customer alignment for items and/or events.
    • Forecast parameter analysis & definition
    • New item configuration and proxy analysis
    • Trains and tune algorithms
    • Reconciles restaurant forecasts with overall business goals
    • Analysis and management of promotional forecasts
    • Manages customer relationships.
    • Creates and maintain documentation of forecast processes.
    • Calculates and track forecast accuracy. Make forecast adjustments as appropriate.
    • Identifies issues, conducts root cause analysis, and makes process improvement recommendations.
    • Provides input to discussions on performance metrics. Generate ideas for process improvements and/or new customer service offerings.
    • Acts as the subject matter expert for demand planning.


    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree strongly preferred) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance)
    • 7+ years relevant experience
    • Demonstrated experience in presenting work to internal / external clients, with focus on influencing decision-makers across multiple functional areas (including Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain)
