    The primary responsibility of the System/Central Planner is to manage and monitor daily setup; resolve systemic planning issues to ensure quality output of the demand planning and supply planning systems; and supporting the Restaurant Replenishment Planners and Demand Planners. This role will also drive process improvements and order accuracy by reviewing historical restaurant replenishment data for exceptions.


    • Serves as support and point of escalation for the Restaurant Replenishment Support Planners for daily operational issues with the system and restaurants.
    • Configures replenishment parameters (safety stock, yield, waste) to reflect business goals and desired output
    • Conducts root cause analysis of overall performance and drive continuous improve to ensure high quality results
    • Validates reasonableness of supply and demand outputs
    • Responsible for on-boarding of additional items, DC and stores into the planning process
    • Provides technology team with requirements needed to ensure optimal quality and efficiency of the planning system
    • Creates operational reports based to support both internal and restaurant users
    • Work with Restaurant Replenishment team to develop and implement detailed action plans for process improvement.
    • Plays a key role in discussions on performance metrics.
    • Create/maintain process documentation.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • University Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a relevant discipline plus generally three years of experience in supply chain planning.
    • Deep knowledge of supply chain systems and configuration.
